What You'll Need
- 5 C. Imagine® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
- 1 C. quick cook polenta or organic corn meal
- ½ C. Mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp. white truffle oil (optional)
How to Make
- In a medium saucepan, bring broth to boil.
- Add the polenta and whisk constantly until it is all incorporated.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes thick and dense, 3 to 5 minutes
- Remove from the heat. Stir in the cheese and truffle oil.
- Serve immediately. Delicious with stews and ragu.
