What You'll Need

  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • 3 large Belgian endives, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Imagine® Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • Coarse kosher salt and coarse black pepper to taste

How to Make

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium high heat.
  2. Add the endives and brown well on both sides, about 7 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and cover with a lid.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.
