Shared Soup Gallery
Ingredients
5 cups Imagine® Organic Free Range Chicken or Vegetable Broth 1 cup quick cook polenta or organic corn meal ½ cup Mascarpone cheese 1 t white truffle oil (optional)
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring broth to boil
- Add the polenta and whisk constantly until it is all incorporated
- Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes thick and dense, 3 to 5 minutes
- Remove from the heat stir and in the cheese and truffle oil
- Serve immediately (Delicious with stews and ragu)
