What You'll Need

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 2 bunches radishes, cubed
  • 3 large carrots
  • 3 large celery stalks
  • 2 medium size cucumbers with skin on
  • 2 fresh hot green chilis
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 5 ½ cups Imagine® Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 1 ¾ cups dry red wine
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  1. Process all ingredients together in small batches in a food processor.
  2. Serve chilled.
