How to Make
Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium high heat.
Add the endives and brown well on both sides, about 7 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth and cover with a lid.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season to taste and serve immediately.
