What You'll Need

  • 5 C. Imagine® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 C. quick cook polenta or organic corn meal
  • ½ C. Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp. white truffle oil (optional)

How to Make

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring broth to boil.
  2. Add the polenta and whisk constantly until it is all incorporated.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes thick and dense, 3 to 5 minutes
  4. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cheese and truffle oil.
  5. Serve immediately. Delicious with stews and ragu.
