What You'll Need

6 large tomatoes

1 large red onion

1 large green bell pepper

1 large red bell pepper

2 bunches radishes, cubed

3 large carrots

3 large celery stalks

2 medium size cucumbers with skin on

2 fresh hot green chilis

6 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp. olive oil

½ cup tomato puree

5 ½ cups Imagine® Organic Vegetable Broth

1 ¾ cups dry red wine

Salt to taste

How to Make

  1. Process all ingredients together in small batches in a food processor.
  2. Serve chilled.
