16 oz Pour Soup in Frying Pan
Add1/2 pound roast beef
2 red peppers ( can use store bought marinated peppers just squeeze jucie out before putting them in the frying pan w/other ingredients)
small package of goat cheese plain or herb. We use a slice of both for each sanwich
While roast beef and peppers are heating up in creamy portobella soup;toast you sour dough bread,lightly spread low-fat mayo on both slices of bread. Place a slice of each goat cheeses on each slice of bread. Take warm roast beef & peppers out of frying pan place on top of toast. Pour left over portobella soup over the sanwich. A total o a 1/4 c should be poured over your open face sandwich. This is soooo good! REMEMBER***Do not use steak. USE 1/2P SLICED ROAST BEEF
