Chicken Noodle Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

4 cups Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
2 oz fine egg noodles
1 large celery stalk diced
1 large carrot peeled and diced
1 medium onion coarsely chopped
1 cup of cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 clove of garlic minced
Salt to taste
Pinch of coarse black pepper

Directions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil
  2. Add pasta and rest of prepared vegetables
  3. Cook until the pasta is tender but firm (about 4 to 5 minutes)
  4. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and serve with warm crusty bread
